Today’s pics include:… the Roman ruins in Zalau: The ruins date back 157 AD. The amphitheater, the Roman road, the water well… we stepped back to a time where Christians were persecuted and killed because of their faith.…ladies Bible study in Simpetru – the wildly blessed women of Romania that we fell in love with! Oh, what a night!

This morning we traveled to Roman ruins in Zalau. The ruins date back to 157 AD, and it is an amazing sight to see. So amazing that Marvin pulled out his iPhone to take the first pictures he would take on the whole trip. Whether it’s a stork’s nest sitting on top of the powerline pole, skyscraper trees, moss growing on rocks, a teeny hummingbird, a lazy cat, or His people, God’s goodness is so evident everywhere around us!

Today was a day of much needed rest and restoration. After the experiences we’ve had over the past week, we needed a day where we could just soak in God’s goodness, His beauty, and His abundance.
